Kings Beach is one of Southeast Queensland's most loved family beaches — a patrolled, sheltered stretch of golden sand with calm, clear water that's perfect for swimming and long lazy days in the sun.Everything you need is within easy walking distance.For families, Kings Beach ticks every box — a beachside parkland right across the road with a kids playground and water play area for little ones, a shared pool in the complex, an ocean pool on the beach, patrolled swimming and a relaxed pace that makes it easy to completely switch off.Caloundra is an easy drive north of Brisbane — close enough to be convenient, far enough to feel like a proper escape.

"What a find! We have been staying at Kings Beach for many years and we always come back as it’s one of the best beaches you’ll find. We’ve stayed at many different units but have discovered a new favourite with Caroline & Audrey’s place. Spacious, comfortable (including a very comfy Queen bed in the master bedroom which we regard as absolutely essential), well-appointed, beautiful sea views, efficient aircon and access to the patrolled area of King’s Beach about 50 metres away via the zebra crossing at the end of the driveway. The unit truly has everything you need (could even have left our ‘Cool Cabana at home) and Caroline, Audrey & Wayne are perfect hosts. We’ve already been in touch to book our next stay, which really says it all. Brilliant!"

"A wonderful place right opposite kings beach. If you want a beach trip you can’t get much better than this. You can hear the ocean from the apartment, look out to the blue water and walk to all the local cafes and eating places. I look forward to staying again."

"What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights:
- Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host!
- The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals.
- The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc.
We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)"
